Nicolas Bos, President of Van Cleef & Arpels, explains this new creation: "This automaton Fairy Ondine refers to these animated objects, endowed with fascinating mechanisms, almost magic, which inspire us very much in watchmaking. It's like a companion piece, which is not thought for commercial purpose, but it will surely make it possible to pull wires for other creations to come. "collect. Already known for its transformable jewelery pieces and its poetic horological complications, the Van Cleef & Arpels house highlights the talent of its craftsmen in this new "automatic" tresor representing a fairy.
